When you order from Blooms Flowers, you are accepting that you have read and understood these terms and conditions: .

Orders for same day delivery must be placed by 1300 GMT, except for Peak Times (ie. Valentine's and Mother's Day, which should be placed the day before). Orders received after cut-off time will be sent for next working day(although we will try for date requested if possible). Cancellation requests will only be possible before or upto 1300 hrs the day before delivery day/date. Please write or E-mail  your request. Telephone Cancellations will not be accepted. Our address is to be found in contact us.  If the area you requested is not covered we will contact you immediately.

All UK destined orders placed before 13:00 GMT are guaranteed to be delivered the same day (if required), except when the order is placed on a Sunday or Bank Holiday. Sunday delivery is by prior arrangement - please call us to arrange this. Orders received after 1pm will be depatched next day.

Orders will not be delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays except on special occasions i.e Mothering Sunday. On these occasions the site will clearly indicate that Sunday delivery is possible.

Some flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. In the unlikely event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal value and quality.

There maybe delays in delivery where a third party is involved, such as delivery to hospitals, hotels and ships.

Interflora guarantees the quality, condition and value of your Interflora delivery.

All Interflora orders are covered by the following guarantee:

Interflora (FTDA) British Unit Ltd., GUARANTEES that every order delivered by its Member Florists will be of GOOD QUALITY in GOOD CONDITION and to the FULL RETAIL VALUE ruling in the delivering Member's shop on the day of delivery. Delivery will be made on the date specified during office hours.
This Guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the Interflora Service as displayed in Member florists' premises.

Nothing contained in the Guarantee or Conditions affects or will affect the statutory rights of the customer or the recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied. Any complaint or dissatisfaction please contact us quoting your order reference number and a short description of your complaint.
